24MEDIA SELECTED AS CASE STUDY AT DIGIDAY’s PUBLISHING SUMMIT EUROPE


A renowned innovator in greek digital publishing, 24MEDIA, Greece’s largest digital media group, was invited to address Digiday's Publishing Summit Europe and showcase its best practices in the fast evolving sphere of social media news publishing. 

The summit took place in Monte Carlo of Monaco, on 4-6 February of 2015 and brought together a diverse group of publishers to discuss strategies and key learnings, as well as emerging trends in a rapidly changing digital media ecosystem. Some of the biggest international media brands were represented, including speakers from the BBC, CBS, The Financial Times, Forbes Media, The Huffington Post, Politico, Quartz, Business Insider, AOL, Mashable and more.

24MEDIA was represented by Stavros Drakoularakos, the CEO of the Group and Constantine Kamaras, Group Vice Chairman. During the session: “How to do Social Media Right”, Stavros Drakoularakos presented the content strategy of 24MEDIA, the performance metrics utilized, the skills deployed, as well as monetization issues and key steps for the near future.
